Scott Manthei

Scott Manthei is a banking, commercial, and creditor’s remedies attorney who provides litigation, transactional, and advisory support to businesses, banks, and individuals.  Scott provides legal services and advice in areas of law including:

• Enforcing lender rights and remedies through litigation, receivership and  post judgment collections.

• Drafting and negotiating loan documents, forbearance agreements, and workout plans.

• Foreclosing on commercial and residential real estate.

• Advising and representing creditors in debtor bankruptcies.

• Enforcing and collecting on mechanics’ liens.

• Litigating commercial Landlord/Tenant issues.

• Assisting businesses with general corporate needs.

• Litigating business, shareholder, and commercial disputes.
   

Professional Licensure

Scott has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota state and federal courts since 2008. Scott is also licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.  

Educational Background

Scott graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and minor in Political Science.  Scott immediately went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Mitchell | Hamline School of Law.
